Can I import my current contacts list in Outlook instead of re-typing all the info into Gen 2 one contact a time?

Yes, there is a way. First export your list to an Excel file. In our system every contact must have a personal name and company name, along with salutation (Dear Tom, etc).
After you have your Excel file completed start Gen 2, then go to Window|Show, and select AMSLibrary. You should see a white background at that point. Then go to Edit|Go to and choose "contact list:a1" from the box in the lower right.
Copy and paste your entries from the Excel sheet in the contact list.
When you are complete go to Edit|Go to and in the reference area type IU:A1. Then you should see a plain white background again. Then go to File|Save.
I think that will give you the results you want.
