Custom items in Labor Factors

In the Labor Factor tab I see 5 columns labled "custom cab 1", "custom door 1 & 2" and "custom drawer 1 & 2". Do the labor rates in these columns come into play with the casework spec's? If so, how?

Those are slots reserved for customization, if needed. At this point they are not used and do not co-ordinate with any cabinet process.

You see, in our first estimating system we occasionally had to perform customizations for clients. When we designed Gen 2 system we added these entries in anticipation of needing entries for customization .. as it turns out though, Gen 2 has been pretty detailed and so we haven't had to ever use them. I'm sure some day we will. For now don't worry about them.

Also a little tip .. the column headers in the labor factors give a little description as to their use and meaning when you "mouse over" them. Anytime you see a little red triangle mouse over it to read add'l detail.
