This problem has been reported on just a few machines so the problem is pretty rare. It seems to be caused by conflicting software settings in some Windows Vista and Windows 7,8, or 10 operating systems.
To fix this problem so that edit an existing estimate opens the folder that contains your estimates you will need to edit a Windows Registry key ..
For 32 bit Windows
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Corel\PerfectFit\CurrentVersion\Virtual Namespaces\::ODMA:Location
For 64 bit Windows
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Corel\PerfectFit\CurrentVersion\Virtual Namespaces\::ODMA
Rename the location to OLDLocation. That keeps PerfectFit from trying to work and fixes the problem.
Edit an existing estimate opens a PerfectFit Doc Folder
